PERSONAL NOTES
Working together, using the therapeutic relationship, support, positive psychology and unconditional positive regard, we will create a vault in which to explore patterns, gain strength, receive validation and make lasting changes. Individual therapy begins with an initial session where we will discuss background and history, issues and barriers as well as goals and internal resources that will support your efforts.
During our initial session, you’ll begin to identify areas for change, strengths to promote growth and find your motivation. Working together, using relationship, support, positive psychology and unconditional positive regard, we will create a vault in which to explore patterns, gain strength, receive validation and make lasting changes.
Subsequent sessions will focus on client’s chosen area of focus, establishment of unique coping strategies and therapist feedback and validation. Frequency of sessions and length of therapy varies depending on client and areas of focus. Sessions are available in PERSON, by VIDEO, or by PHONE.
I offer free phone consultations if you are interested in learning more about our practice or possibly pursuing counseling services.
