SOMETIMES WE STRUGGLE. . .
Life presents us with challenges and sometimes we need help to get through them. It may be that you feel numb, without joy or happiness. One day just blends into the next and it feels as though you’re on autopilot. Or maybe you feel stuck in the gripping bonds of anxiety with no path to move forward or solution to resolve your concerns. You may be wondering if you are relying too heavily on a substance to cope or you may be worried your loved one may be showing addictive tendencies. Whatever your concern, it’s hard not knowing what to do, where to go, or how to get help.
BUT THERE IS HOPE. . .
If you are in the midst of a crisis or stuck in the “same old” pattern that doesn’t get you where you want to be, I can help. You do not have to go through this alone. There are countless reasons to seek therapy and I am prepared to work with you to recognize, understand, and overcome life’s challenges. Too often, we lack a safe space to be our authentic selves. Wherever you are right now and whatever you are struggling with, I am here to offer an affirming space where you can feel understood. My style is warm, interactive, and practical. My strategies are solution-oriented, problem solving, and focused solely on moving you past the obstacles in your way My hope is that you leave our sessions with a clear understanding of your concern, a complete toolbox of coping skills, and the capacity to provide yourself with more compassion in times of need.
