Pleasure to meet you! Your journey toward well-being and personal growth begins with a dedicated and comprehensive approach to therapy. To achieve meaningful change, I believe in first cultivating an atmosphere of warmth, trust, and unconditional positive regard for my clientele. I approach our time together acknowledging that you are a unique individual with a unique story. When we begin our work together we will spend time identifying the challenges or struggles you are currently dealing with and I will help you gain insight and deeper understanding into these issues. I will listen to you and allow for a treatment direction to develop based on what you feel you need. Clients say that I am compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Clients have also expressed that I have the ability to help them see things in a way they had not been able to before, which promotes new understanding beneficial for healing. Despite the negative thoughts and feelings your challenges may be causing you, I see each person as having tremendous strength and ability for healing and change.
Embodying a profound commitment to fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, I employ a person-centered and strength-based approach. Drawing upon a wealth of experience, I will assist people in grappling with a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use disorders, and relationship difficulties.
